Initial appearance:
- If you do NOT wish to contest the citation, please pay the amount indicated on the top of the citation BEFORE the court date indicated. Payment in full is due on the court date indicated. Send a check or money order payable to the North Shore Municipal Court to the address above or pay online on or before the date indicated. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the PAY ONLINE!! Links and select the correct payment link to proceed. Cash payments are accepted in person. Note: if the citation was issued to a juvenile, you may not use debit or credit to pay the citation.
- If you wish to contest/dispute the citation, or are requesting another change related to the citation, your appearance is required on the court date indicated on the top of your citation. This will be your opportunity to meet with the Prosecuting Attorney.
- If you are unable to personally appear, you must contact the prosecuting attorney a MINIMUM of 1 week prior to the court date indicated on your citation:

Please leave a detailed message including the correct spelling of your first and last name, and your return telephone number that has active voicemail.
For all citations issued by the Bayside Police Department you should contact Attorney Elizabeth Miles at (414) 225-1491 or by email emiles@amundsendavislaw.com. Please leave a detailed message including the correct spelling of your first and last name, and your return telephone number that has active voicemail.
NOTE: you must contact the prosecuting attorney NOT LATER than 1 week prior to the date indicated on your citation or you must personally appear on that scheduled date.
If you are requesting a new court date, the court must receive your WRITTEN request PRIOR to the date indicted. Your letter must include your current mailing address 800.035(2)(a)5.

Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to court for the evening dates or 8:30 a.m. for the 9:00 a.m. morning sessions.

Payments may be made in person at the Clerk of Court’s office during business hours 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M - F. Payment options are: cash, personal check, or money order, made payable to the North Shore Municipal Court.
If you do not have your citation number or know the date the citation was issued, you may email the court to request it, court@glendalewi.gov NOTE: a response may not be immediate, but you will receive the information.

You will be assessed a fee to use debit or credit. Debit and credit card payments are accepted ONLINE ONLY. The full citation number is required to make your payment.
NOTE: Juvenile citations are not payable with debit or credit.
Payments for parking citations may only be paid using this payment link if you contested the parking citation or discussed the parking citation with the prosecuting attorney.

You may also pay with check or money order. Mail the check or money order to 5909 N Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale, WI 53209 OR place your payment in the stainless steel drop box, located in the median in the parking lot in front of the Police Department. Be certain to address your envelope to the North Shore Municipal Court (NSMC).
