North Shore Municipal Court
The following procedures are implemented for all citations with a court date of:
August 12, 2021 Later!Initial appearance:
- If you do NOT wish to contest the citation, please pay the amount indicated on the top of the citation BEFORE the court date indicated. Payment in full is due on the court date indicated. Send a check or money order payable to the Clerk of Court to the address above or pay online on or before the date indicated. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the PAY ONLINE!! links, and select the correct payment link to proceed. Cash payments are also accepted in person. Note: if the citation was issued to a juvenile, you may not use debit or credit to pay the citation.
- If you wish to contest/dispute the citation, or are requesting another change related to the citation, your appearance is required on the court date indicated on the top of your citation. This will be your opportunity to meet with the Prosecuting Attorney. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
- If you are unable to personally appear, you must contact the prosecuting attorney a MINIMUM of 1 week prior to the court date indicated on your citation:
If you are requesting a new court date, the court must receive your written request PRIOR to the date indicted. Your letter must include your current mailing address [800.035(2)(a)5].
RETURN APPEARANCE (The date given to you at a prior Court appointment or by mail)
Check in begins at 4:30pm for all 5:00pm evening dates or 8:30am for the 9:00am morning session. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.

Payments may be made in person at the Clerk of Court’s office during business hours 0730am-330pm M-F. forms of payments accepted are: cash, personal check, or money order, made payable to the Clerk of Court.

NOTE: Juvenile citations are not payable with debit or credit.
Payments for parking citations may only be paid using these payment links if you contested the parking citation and discussed the parking citation with the prosecuting attorney.
You will be assess a fee to use debit or credit. Debit and credit card payments are accepted ONLINE ONLY. The full citation number is required to make your payment. If you do not have your citation number or know the date the citation was issued, you may email the court to request it, email@example.com NOTE: a response may not be immediate, but you will receive the information.
