The Glendale City Services Building is open Monday though Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. It is located directly west of City Hall at 5930 North Glen Park Road. Departments in this building are: Building Inspection, Community Development, Engineering and Public Works.

The Glendale City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. It is located at 5909 North Milwaukee River Parkway. Departments in this building are: Administration, Assessor's Office, City Comptroller, Human Resources, Treasurer's Office, and Water Utility Offices. Taxes can be paid at this location.

The following holidays are observed by City Hall and City Services:

New Years Day, Spring Holiday (Friday before Easter Sunday), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.

The Public Works Department accepts flattened cardboard and used motor oil on Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please enter from North Glen Park Road on the north end of the building.
