1. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Adoption of Minutes of Meeting Held on April 28, 2008.

3. Public Comment. Glendale residents, business owners and property owners are invited to speak to the Council on items that are not on the agenda and are within the City's ability to regulate or control.

4. Communications, Applications, and Petitions: (The public may speak to the Council prior to the beginning of their deliberation on these items.)

• Communication from Milwaukee Country - Status of Bridge Construction on Milwaukee River Parkway, south of West Silver Spring Drive.
  
• Application for a Change of Zoning from B-4 Business-Office to S-1 Institutional filed by Ohr HaTorah Jewish Heritage Center for 7020 North Green Bay Avenue.
  

5. New Business: (The public may speak to the Council prior to the beginning of their deliberation on these items.)

• Scheduling Public Hearing on Proposed Ordinance Updating the City's Flood Plain Regulations.
  
• Resolution Honoring Cardinal Stritch University President Sister Mary Lea Schneider.
  

6. Approval of Accounts Payable.

7. Commission, Committee, Board Reports: (This is an Opportunity for Council Members to Report on their Respective Committees, Commissions, Boards of which they serve as a Member.)

8. The Common Council may convene in Closed Session per Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the City is or is likely to become involved (Refer to Item 4b).
