• Communication from Public Works Director Dave Eastman, re: Concrete Proposal for 2008 Crestwood Subdivision Street Project.
  
• Application for Transient Merchant Permit filed by John Murphy (Fabian Seafood) - Renewal.

• Status Report of Various City Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety Programs, including Bike Paths, North Green Bay Avenue, North Milwaukee River Parkway and West Good Hope Road (City Administrator).

• Ordinance Amending Section 15-5-17, 18 of the Code Pertaining to Property Maintenance Violations and Enforcement of Code Violations.
