The Board of Review for the City of Glendale of Milwaukee County shall hold its first meeting on the 23rd day of June, 2008 for at least two hours between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight at the Glendale Municipal Building, 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway. The last day on which a taxpayer may submit an objection to a 2008 assessment is Friday, June 20, 2008.

A major function of the Assessor's Office is to discover, list and value uniformly all taxable property in the City as required by law. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has prepared a helpful Guide for Property Owners that provides more information about property assessment and taxation in Wisconsin. If you have further questions about property tax, the first person to contact is your local assessor.

Property Information is now available on-line. Physical data on non-residential property is currently limited, but will be available in the near future. Property files can always be viewed at City Hall during regular business hours. This information is not provided over the telephone.
