NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Section 70.47(7)(c), Wis. Statutes, that the last day on which a taxpayer may submit an objection to the 2009 Board of Review is Friday, June 19, 2009.

A major function of the Assessor's Office is to discover, list and value uniformly all taxable property in the City as required by law. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has prepared a helpful Guide for Property Owners that provides more information about property assessment and taxation in Wisconsin. If you have further questions about property tax, the first person to contact is your local assessor.

Property Information is now available on-line. Physical data on non-residential property is currently limited, but will be available in the near future. Property files can always be viewed at City Hall during regular business hours. This information is not provided over the telephone.
