Absentee Ballot


You must be a registered voter in the City of Glendale to vote absentee. If you are not sure that you are registered, you can e-mail us or call (414)228-1718.

There are two ways in which a voter can vote by absentee ballot - either in person or by mail.

IN PERSON

Come to the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours. You will be asked to fill out the Request for Absentee Ballot form and given the ballot. You MUST vote at this time.

BY MAIL

To request an absentee ballot by mail, please fill out the the Request For An Absentee Ballot form (download form above) and mail it to:

Requests may also be faxed to (414) 228-1724 or e-mailed to cityhall@glendale-wi.org with a hard copy to follow by mail postmarked the date the fax or e-mail was sent.

Upon receipt of your application form, a ballot will be mailed to you with return postage included.
